Factor puts equal emphasis on nutrition and flavor—every meal is designed by dietitians and prepared by real chefs. The menu accommodates a variety of dietary restrictions and preferences, such as ketogenic, high protein, calorie conscious and plant based, to name a few. The meals are made with fresh, whole food ingredients sourced from Factor’s network of trusted partners.

As for the meal quantity, customers can choose to receive six, eight, ten, 12, 14 or 18 meals per week. Factor also offers extras like breakfasts, snacks and smoothies that can be added to your order for an additional fee.
Serving Sizes and Nutritional Information
Each Factor meal is enough to feed one adult (although some of the breakfast options can be split in two for those who like a lighter morning meal).
The meals vary in nutritional content and ingredients. Most contain between 350 and 900 calories, with the average being about 600 calories per meal.
