Each Factor meal is enough to feed one adult (although some of the breakfast options can be split in two for those who like a lighter morning meal).

The meals vary in nutritional content and ingredients. Most contain between 350 and 900 calories, with the average being about 600 calories per meal. Factor Meal Plan Shipping and Delivery

Factor meals are delivered on a weekly basis to the address you provide at signup. Your delivery day will depend upon your zip code.

The food arrives fresh in insulated boxes filled with frozen gel packs, which keep your meals at safe temperatures for transit. Once your meals arrive, you’ll want to put them in your refrigerator as soon as possible. Once in the fridge, they are good for at least one week (each meal includes a specific expiration date printed on the label). The meals are intended to be enjoyed fresh so freezing them is not recommended.

Factor offers a variety of plans—you can order anywhere from six to 18 meals per week. The more meals you order, the less you’ll pay per meal. At the time of this review, the meals start at a little more than $10 per serving.
