The first step in ordering your new mattress is determining your size and firmness needs. Once you’ve settled on your size and model, you’ll want to check out Saatva’s add-ons and accessories. Delivery

Because part of the appeal of Saatva is that every customer gets a brand new, customized mattress, it’s not until you’ve ordered your mattress that they begin handcrafting it. That means you will likely wait about two weeks to receive it. When it is ready, Saatva’s white glove delivery service will work with you to arrange a delivery time that’s convenient for you. Not only will they deliver your new mattress and accessories, they will set them up for you. They will even remove your old mattress and foundation as well, if you would like. This is why Saatva requires someone to be home during the scheduled delivery time.

Where Are Saatva Mattresses Made?

Every mattress is made to order in one of Saatva’s own American factories—the company owns
19 across the United States. They’re handcrafted using only the highest quality, consciously
sourced materials and since they’re made to order, they’re “factory fresh.” That means you’ll
never get a mattress that’s been crammed into a shipping box or that’s been collecting dust in
the back of a warehouse for months—or even years.

Sleep Trial & Warranty

All of the Saatva mattresses come with a 365-night home trial, which means that if at any point during that period of time you decide your mattress was the wrong choice, all you have to do is call the company and they will send a team to your home to remove the mattress. They’ll also refund your money (less a $99 transportation fee).

Your Saatva mattress comes with a Lifetime warranty, which means if any defects occur within the first two years of ownership, the company will send you a brand new mattress—at no cost to you. If you notice a defect starting in year 3 and for as long as you own your mattress, Saatva will repair or replace your mattress—with the only charge being a $149 processing fee.
