Once you place your order, you’ll typically wait two to five business days from the ship date to receive your mattress, although the exact delivery time will depend upon the mattress and size you select. The mattress will ship from a U.S. distribution center, and will likely arrive via FedEx Ground delivery.

DreamCloud Mattress Setup

Once your mattress arrives, setup is simple: Open the box and lay your mattress on a basic frame or box spring. Once you’ve set up your mattress, it will take about 72 hours to fully expand. Note: You can lay on your mattress sooner, it just won’t feel quite as cushy as it will when it’s fully expanded.

One consideration to keep in mind: Because of its high-density foams and durable, multi-layer construction, the DreamCloud is a heavier mattress than most. The Twin XL weighs in at 67 pounds, while the California King is 123 pounds. This can make setup somewhat challenging if you’re unboxing your mattress solo. DreamCloud does offer White Glove Service, which includes new mattress setup and removal of your old mattress if you’d like, but it will cost you—$199, to be exact.
