Warranty Claim Process

To file a claim, customers can call Choice Home’s 24/7 customer service line or submit a claim online. Once the claim is received, Choice Home will send a technician to diagnose the problem. The Fine Print

Like any home warranty, there are a few limitations to Choice Home’s policies, including but not limited to:

• There is a 30-day waiting period for coverage to begin (although it may begin sooner if you can provide proof of prior coverage).
• Agreements only cover failures due to normal wear and tear—they do not cover routine maintenance or malfunction due to misuse, abuse, neglect or physical damage.
• There is a $3,000 coverage limit for most major appliances and systems.
